Trainee doctor
The trainee doctor through the Training Department must bring the following documents:
– Graduation certificate
– Permit to practice a profession
– Valid professional card
– A copy of the national ID number
– A copy of the passport for non-Egyptians
* Note that security approval is obtained for the non-Egyptian trainee before the start of training

الطبيب المتدرب عن طريق ادارة التدريب احضار الاوراق التاليه:
– شهادة التخرج
– تصريح مزاولة مهنة
– كارنيه مزاولة مهنة ساري
– صورة الرقم القومي
– صورة من جواز السفر لغير المصريين
* مع ملاحظة الحصول على الموافقه الامنيه للمتدرب الغير مصري قبل بداية التدريب
Visiting resident physician
The visiting resident doctor through Physicians Affairs requires the following documents:
– Certificate of excellence
– Bachelor’s degree
– A statement of the status of postgraduate studies in the event of registration for an academic degree, whether a master’s or doctorate
– Approval of the head of the department in which the training is to be conducted, with the determination of whether the training is skillful or non-skillful by the head of the department
– A copy of the national ID number
– Approval of the employer or a certificate of a freelance doctor or a license or sabbatical
الطبيب المقيم الزائر
الطبيب المقيم الزائر عن طريق شئون الاطباء مطلوب الاوراق التالية :
– شهادة الامتياز
– شهادة البكالوريوس
– بيان حالة من الدراسات العليا في حالة التسجيل للحصول على درجة علميه سواء ماجستير او دكتوراه
– موافقة ا د رئيس القسم المراد التدريب فيه مع تحديد التدريب مهاري او غير مهاري من قبل ا د رئيس القسم
– صورة الرقم القومي
– موافقة جهة العمل او شهادة طبيب حر او اجازه او تفرغ
Fellowship trainee physician
A request from the fellowship to train the doctor is received, stating the duration of the training and the department in which the training is intended
